Ashley Biden, daughter of former President Joe Biden, has filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, Dr. Howard Krein, according to court records filed in Philadelphia.
The 44-year-old filed paperwork in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas on Monday. The specific reasons for the separation have not been disclosed, as divorce records remain confidential in Pennsylvania.
Biden and Krein married in June 2012 in Greenville, Delaware, two years after her late brother Beau introduced them.
